Do you offer same day delivery?

No, I keep a limited amount of stock in the studio and make daily trips to the market to purchase flowers based on the orders I have. However, if you order before 5pm your flowers will be delivered next day.

Can I collect flowers from your studio?

I'm not always available at the studio as I'm often out and about delivering flowers or at the market, so unfortunately collecting flowers from the studio is not possible. I'm more than happy to deliver flowers to you with a blank card for you to personally write the card and hand deliver them yourself.

Can I call you to place an order?

The shop number remains the same, but please be aware that I am not always able to answer the phone. If you call and get the answer machine message please leave me a voicemail with your name and contact number and I will call you back as soon as I possibly can.

I'm having problems ordering online, what should I do?

If possible, please take a screenshot of the issue you are having and send it with a short description of the problem to info@ginblossoms.co.uk, I will then address this issue with my fabulous web developers.

What time will my flowers be delivered, can I request a specific time?

With the exception of funeral flowers, I am unable to guarantee any specific delivery times for flower deliveries throughout Lanarkshire. Deliveries are generally carried out between the hours of 10am and 4pm, but can be delivered any time between 9am and 5pm depending on the volume of orders that day.

Are you still doing guest corsages and buttonholes for weddings and proms?

I'm taking a short pause from creating corsages and buttonholes until I settle into the new way of working from the studio. When this changes I will add them to the website for you to order.

Will you be doing wedding flowers again?

In time, yes I will be doing wedding flowers again. They will be limited to smaller, local weddings and there will be limited availability throughout the year. To enquire about your wedding please fill in the contact form with details of your wedding, including the date and location.
